Anyone high risk for heart problems?

I got the all clear from my doctor after I had a 48 hour monitor and an echo done, results indicated occasional sinus arrhythmia, but said it was not pathogenic. So this made me curious...Is there anyone here considered high risk for any heart condition?

Just high blood pressure and intermittent tachycardia.  I am followed by a cardiologist for both and on bp meds -- which have controlled both   good luck!

I have heart conditions was born with VSD ventricular septic defect and contortion of the aortic valve as well as pulmonary sensuous with leaking am being followed by a whole team of doctors and have been on bed rest since April
