Spotting and cramping?

Received trigger shot on Monday. I have been spotting light pink and cramping since Wednesday. I figured on Wednesday it started cause I was ovulating, but not sure why I still have both. I have high prolactin levels and my RE believes that it's causing a short luteal phase due to low progesterone. Started progesterone this morning, but have been a little down cause of the spotting and cramping already. Hope it doesn't mean much. Anyone have similar experience?
