2 - if you use pockets, do you "un-stuff" when you change diapers, before putting in the wet bag, or when you are emptying the wet bag into the laundry?
I wash my one pail liner whenever I wash dipes (every other day). The wet bag from the diaper bag gets washed during laundry also. We have two for the diaper bag, so we're never without.
I unstuff before putting dipes into the pail at home. But while out with a diaper bag wetbag, I throw the whole dipe in and un-stuff when we get home. This keeps the wetbag a little cleaner.
My H doesn't always un-stuff before throwing them in the pail, so when I do laundry I go through the dipes again before putting them into the washer. I don't dump the whole bag in-I go through the dipes to make sure pockets are unstuffed and laundry tabs are affixed. I'm kind of OCD
I wash with every full bag (sometimes we end up with a few in a random bag or days were out an about more). I always unstuff before putting into the bag, My H only changes one diaper a day...which is usually the only poopy diaper my 2 year old does now and that's the overnight diaper. He will dump the poop as much as he can and leave it next to the toilet for when I get up and ill unstuff it and the 15 month olds and toss into the wetbag ( or rinse if theirs any sticking to the pocket) but during the day the 15 month old is the only one in diapers and my entire stash is now Best Bottoms so no other unstuffing is needed.
I throw in any used wet bags whenever I do laundry, which is every other day. My pail liners get washed each time also. I have 2 liners and 3 wet bags.
I unstuff pockets before throwing them into my diaper pail.

1. I have two pail liners for the diaper pail and they get rotated out. When I do a load of laundry, the clean one goes into pail. I do the same for the bag in the bathroom and diaper bag.
2. I only un-stuff pockets if they are double stuffed, so night time diapers. The inserts almost always come out of the pockets during the first rinse, prior to the wash cycle. I rarely find one still in the pocket diaper when putting them in the drier. If it's happens the diaper goes in the diaper pail to be re-washed. Never had stink issues or ammonia build up.

I wash the wet bags every time they have a poopy diaper or when full.....I have had time where the bag from daycare was full but the one in the bathroom only had one so I washed the full one and only grabbed the dipe from the bathroom bag.
I check each diaper going into the wash ever since a sposie made it into the waaher....caught it before it broke open. I unstuff as I check the diapers half the time....the other half I just check between rinse and wash. I also prefer unsnapping the rise snaps before the wash just because I have an easier time stuffing when the rise snaps are unsnapped.

Edited for a misspell
1. We wash every time it gets used.
2. We unstuff as they go into the pail. When I empty the pail liner into the washer I don't want to have to touch anything.
