Hey everyone!

I haven't posted here in a while. We've been so busy preparing for our new bundle of joy due in October. We found out on 5/28 that our baby is a boy. Excitement doesn't even begin to describe what we were feeling. We really wanted a boy, but would have been over the moon with a girl too. We are getting so antsy because our match is a relatively long one. We were matched on 4/3 and it feels like it's been FOREVER. Everyone says "October will be here before you know it" and "it's going to fly by". It seems like a lifetime ago that we were matched with our baby, so I'm hoping that the next 4 months go quickly. Has anyone else been matched recently or brought their baby home? I would love to hear about your experience. I guess in the meantime I will try to concentrate on work and getting our home ready. Hang in there.  I know how much waiting sucks, and how little people who haven't lived it understand.  Just try to keep busy and your mind on other things.  I bet you're also getting sick of hearing that you will miss this time of just coupledom, but it is true, so try to soak up as much of that and your ability to be spontaneous as you can now.
