Went to the pharmacy today and some random woman said "wow the maternity stores must be out of business because back in my day, we didn't wear tight clothes to show our bellies we had tents"....oh and if that wasn't enough she goes on to tell me oh the first 2 weeks are great but the adrenaline wears off and your gonna get your mom over ASAP to take care of the damn kid." REALLY????? All I said was well about the clothes I don't want to look bigger than I already feel, ( all i had on was yoga pants and i tank top for gods sake) and this is my 3rd child so not my first rodeo, I can handle it. Some people I tell ya!!!!

I've gotten the "are you sure it's not twins?" here and there, plus the "really? only X months? you look like you are dellivering tomorrow" haha THANKS!

People are rude.
I was checking out at the grocery store and my cashier was a teenager. All I had was fried chicken, because that's what me and baby were hungry for. And prune juice, because I can't poop! She says, wow interesting dinner. Lol I just smiled. I wanted to say, oh dear wait till your pregnant craving chicken and can't poop!

I LOL'd when I read this. I guess it does look funny to someone else but I totally get it....

That woman is ridiculous.  She needs to go back to her 1950's home and stay there. Women can take on a lot more than she is giving us credit for.  I am preg with number 4 and working full time. And, no, I will not be calling my mom after two weeks. And, no, I will not wear a tent to spare your eyes from seeing my hugeness.  This is my size.  Deal with it.

hahaha! LOVE this. Feast your eyes my glorious belly! Take it all in! Seriously, its not like we're morbidly obese women wearing booty shorts and crop tops, we're pregnant women dressing comfortably. Yeah, you might catch a glimpse of my back fat, but I'm sure people have seen worse at Walmart.
