Hands Ache

I am 8 days PP from an emergency c section during which I went into shock. Luckily DS and I are both healthy now and I feel I'm healing very quickly but the one thing that is still really hurting are my hands. My finger joints ache like I wrote the longest essay. At first I thought it might of been the shock because I was clenched then had awful shakes but 8 days later they ache just as much. I also can't get my rings on. My joints and knuckles are completely swollen. Anyone else have this issue after their c/s? If so, how long did it take to subside?

You probably want to call your doctor.  It could be as simple as carpel tunnel or arthritic type inflammation, but it could be a sign of something more.

Google Postpartum Joint Pain. I have it in my hands too after a cs. I haven't found a reason why, just that it does go away over time.
