Where is everyone getting their rocker or glider from? I'm having a tough time finding an affordable comfy chair.

We're getting ours from Costco, they have a glider / recliner combo. I wouldn't call it affordable though ($500 - but we're Canadian so it's probably cheaper in the US)

We got a recliner rocker swivel from Nebraska furniture Mart but it is an Ashley brand. My husband is 6'5 and I am 5'3 so we were struggling finding a chair to fit us both. It is probably ment for an accent recliner in a living room but it is a soft green and works perfectly in our room and when he grows up we could just as easily move it into the living room. With the recliner we didn't have to also buy an ottoman ... It was 350

We aren't getting this one, but a few friends recommended just a recliner so you can move it to the living room later!

We have the Slumbertime Elite glider and ottoman and LOVE them. I got them at Target, and it's a little under $250 for both. Our local Target had one on display, so we were able to try it out before we purchased it.

I found my glider and ottoman at a neighbors garage sale for 50 dollars. It's a Shermag brand. I'm really happy with it.

I didn't want to spend too much on one because while I like gliders, it wasnt something I was going to have a use for after babies...I don't know, don't really need another seating option in living room or formal living room. And didn't want to spend that much on furniture for my basement. So I went with a used cheap option.

I see them at garage sales all the time around me.

My friend is also having twins and purchased a glider & a half from Buy Buy Baby.  It had to be custom ordered though...  But it was the only option that was large enough for one to comfortably sit in and hold 2 babies at once.

We purchsaed the Savvy Glider by Little Castle from BBB.  Saved $100 with their 20% off coupons... I absolutely LOVE IT and it came with the otto.

We actually got this exact color combo (minus the blanket/pillow) but you can special order it in a variety of colors.

We didn't want to spend a lot on a rocker either but we found such a good deal at walmart. You have to purchase it online, they do not sell them in store (only 97cent shipping). It was $199 for the rocker AND slipcover...add a few more dollars for tax though. I read reviews on it first and it was pretty mixed but I thought we would give it a try! I'm so glad we did! We LOVE it. It was simple to put together, rocks nicely, looks so nice and could be used as a piece of our living room furniture later if we wanted to. I ordered the butter color slipcover and it isn't a yellow, more of like a beige. I read reviews on that part too and I am glad because I didn't want yellow but was glad to see the beige color. The slipcover was very wrinkly and even though it doesn't say you can use an iron on it, I ironed it before putting it on the chair and it looks great!

My parents generously bought a Dutailier from BRU for us when they were on sale last month.  Normally the set would have been over $700 but we got it for like half that between the sale and coupons.

DH and I just put it together last night and are in love with it.  It is extra-wide (was told should ideally be 31"+ wide to accommodate the boppy or other nursing pillows), reclines (which I hear is a huge plus because I was told I'll spend time sleeping in it), and locks in place (so fingers don't get pinched).  The matching ottoman will allow for propping feet up an also has a built in nursing stool which I also hear is quite helpful.

I am SO glad you posted this! My mom and dad just ordered this for us as a gift. She asked what we wanted and after reading the reviews and looking at the pics on Walmart.com for about 45min I fell in love with it esp for the price! We haven't gotten it yet but this made me super excited. Of course they were out of beige so we got pink.
