I would say TMI, but what really is anymore. I know a lot of us are dealing with some serious swamp crotch (i.e. major sweating/funk), but has anyone figured out any magic solution? I've seriously changed my unders 3 times today.. and I hate that sweaty smell (sorry, I'm sure you all wanted to hear that). I can't take a shower 5x/day!
So... who has the magic cure? Or at least some little hints on what worked for them?
(P.S... you know you have no shame anymore when talking to complete strangers about crap like this)
Re: Swamp crotch
In the past, I've tried out the wipes that playtex makes.
I'm having the feet sweating issue, too. And for the first time ever, I have stinky armpits (had to switch from my natural deodorant to a regular one). Ahhh this is so much fun!
Raven (or others) - do you use special soap or anything? I just use regular Dove bar soap right now.
Mom to Cam and Al, now expecting baby number 3, August 2016. Praying for lots of sticky baby dust!
I do! It's in the tampon and pad section of the store. I think it's summers eve? It's just a mild, unscented soap.
I have no advice for ladies, but I have to share- we were out drinking with friends a few years ago and he admitted to us that he has really sweaty smelly "junk." Apparently there is something called "Fresh Balls" for men- a natural solution! lol
Your post just made me think of this conversation- I may have to try the deodorant thing- never thought of that!
Do you think pantyliners help? I always feel like they make me more hot/sweaty feeling, but I might be willing to give it a shot if people think they work.
And I might have to invest in some of your "Fresh Balls", Ally

As far as stinky underarms go, I have heard using an antibacterial soap like dial to wash under your arms to help kill the bacteria and help with the smell.
HTH!
For those of you with stinking armpits, my mom is dealing with this with menopause.. Something to look forward to haha.. Anyways she said to spray rubbing alcohol since it will kill the bacteria which is the cause of the smell. She just keeps a little travel size stay bottle of it in her purse and applies throughout the day.
Its not...it can increase your risk of infection as well as possibly increasing your risk of ovarian cancer

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
There are actually feminine powders for this purpose. We use it on one of our residents at my pt job.
I spray deodorant where my legs meet my crotch if I notice it. Thankfully, I haven't had too much trouble yet, but I know its coming! We haven't had a whole lot of hot weather yet either.
