For anyone who has had this test...how long did it take you to get the results? I am getting mine drawn next Tuesday and I was just curious. I thought it was about a week or so.

I have no clue about the wait time. I'm just curious, what is this test?

Its about 10-14 days!

I am hoping that my Dr. orders it as well!

It's a cell-free DNA test that can be done to screen for chromosomal abnormalities and aneuploidy (sex-chromosome disorders like XXX, Klinefelter's, Turners). It is fairly new, and some offices offer it with the NT scan, or if the NT scan shows increased risk they will do this test before more invasive testing (amnio or CVS).

I am getting the Panorama next week (which I think is the same testing method, just different lab?) and my doctor said 10 business days. I will be so happy to get the genetic testing results early and I am blown away that we will potentially know the gender before we even announce the pregnanacy! Crazy!
