can I get some siggy help please?

If someone could help me resize my pics I will love you forever. I've been told siggy gifs kinda affect people's bandwidth or something and it makes it harder for them to bump on whatevertheirplatform is. I dont have tiny pic and other accounts, usually use the image code from photobucket or gifmonkey or whatever. I used the "width="###px"thing before and it worked but dammit it isnt working now.

Note how its totally different in post than in siggy. Why does it hate me so much?

Well, I tried, and it doesnt seem to like me much. It shows it changed a couple of times and then not.
