Ok thought maybe this would help get us motivated to work out! ![]()
I don't really have anything to add yet. I am not 100% sure I'll work out today - at the least it will be a walk with the kids around the block, but if not tonight, definitely tomorrow morning! No more excuses! I leave for France in one month from tomorrow!
However - today I have eaten really healthy - oatmeal and PB for breakfast, soup with veggies and some nuts for lunch and am about to eat my apple!
So feel free to add what you've done today to be healthy!

You're eating a lot healthier than I am Kelly!
I went to the gym and jogged 2.5 miles and did some abs and free weights then went home and walked for 45 minutes with DS and went to the park. I would use the jogger but the hills kill me pushing a 27 pounder!
No exercise yet today, but when I get home, we'll try something outside if it's not too hot (it's 97 today and supposed to be 109 by Saturday).
But as far as food goes, I feel pretty good. I had my protein shake for breakfast, some carrots and snap peas with greek yogurt for a snack, and another protein shake for lunch. Plus, I've had one giant bottle of water so far today, and I'm working on a second one that I hope to finish before I get off at 5 today.
I'm glad we're doing this - it will help keep me accountable
