Percentile? Which are your babies in

At Cora's 4 month appointment she was 65 in length
33 in weight
And 19 in head circumference
The doctor said she's progressing normally on her own little path, and I feel like she's had a lot of head growth this month.

Just wondering what your percentiles are looking like? :

75-90th for weight

10-20th for head size

She's stayed in the same percentiles pretty much since birth, though she started out in the 50th for height.

It doesn't matter what percentile, as long as they stay on their same personal curve. I think that's what your doctor is saying.

At my son's 4 month appointment he was 50% for weight (14lbs 10ozs), 70% for head circumference (43cm), and 90% for height (26.25inches).

I weighed him in myself when he turned 5 months a couple days ago and he came in at 15lbs 2ozs and 27.5inches! Holy cow! He's going to be way taller than his 5'3" mama!! Definitely takes after his 6'4" daddy!

 

ETA: As far as paths go, my pedi always lets me know how DS's current percentile compares to his own percentile last time. For example his head size has stayed pretty much the same percentile, but he significantly increased his height percentile and slightly increased his weight percentile since his 2 month check.

She has been in the 10-20's.. We'll see again in the next couple of weeks!

At 4 months weight 28%, length 55% and head 50% but to me her head looks so small compared to other babies I know!

the only thing she's really changed percentiles is height-she was 45% at her 1 month! the other two she has remained consistent

LO has always been around the 45-50% but at her 2 months apt she was down to 9% for height.   Both DH and I are shorter so I don't expect she will be very tall but we'll see where she's at next week!

11% for weight and 14% for height.  BF babies usually start out on the small side.

DD has always been 10-15 for weight/length & 50th% for head.

At 4 months LO was 17th for weight, 44th for height and 77th for head. Since 2 months she has stayed between 15th and 21st percentile for weight so they're no longer concerned about her low weight because she's following a curve. We do weekly weigh ins with the public health nurse as part of a healthy baby moms group.

DD was about 50% for head, height and weight at her 4 month appt. She's gained a pound and grown an inch every month since she was born. That's bound to end soon. She's EBF as well.

DS was off the chart for height at his 4 month.  Weight was 85th, head 75th.

We are both tall, so I'm not surprised, but I thought the height thing would take some time to catch up to him.

At LO's 4 month appointment he was 11.2 lbs, 5-10% in both height and weight. Been the same percentage since he was born.

My girl is a peanut! 1st percentile for weight and 55th for length. I'm so curious to see where she is at her 6 month check!

The doc didn't give me percentiles, but DS had almost the exact same measurements.

She is 3 months. She was 8 for height I think at 2 months but was 4 for weight. She has always been between 3 and 6 for weight but is consistently that small

At just shy of 3 months our DD was 85% for weight, 97% height, and 95% for head.

At 3 months, he was 24th percentile for weight, 95th for height and 93rd for head.  Steady growth in all areas in comparison to where he was the month prior.

I just read somewhere that around 4 mos, their head really jumps in size. I wouldn't worry about unless the pedi is worried. DS was 85 in height, 63 in weight, and 52 in head circ, which was up from 48.

At her 4 mo appt. my little 8lbs 13 1/2oz DD was under the charts in height, weight, and head. She is small but she is rocking her own little curve ever since she made her early arrival.
