Not interested in toys

We have the Oball thing, and a little taggies monkey.  She will hold them but doesnt seem interested in playing with it...

But if i put my hand up in front of her she will play with my hand and move it around basically until i need my hand back. 

Sometimes she talks to the monkey but thats about it.

What age did your LOs start becoming interested in a toy?

B really loves those interconnecting rings, too, because they are super easy to grab onto. He also loves his Oball and any kind of toy that makes noise or lights up. He started showing interest in toys around 3 months, but it wasn't until about a week ago that he really starting "playing" with them- swatting, grabbing, and shoving them in his mouth. 

This past weekend he really enjoyed both his activity seat and the activity attachment for his swing for the first time. I'll be trying out his exersaucer this afternoon, if DH doesn't beat me to it during the day today.
