Types of Ergo's

I'm just wondering if there's any major difference in the coolness and breath-ability of the different Ergo's? I have been loving wearing my LO in the K'tan, but as the weather warms up I'm looking for something cooler for her. My first thought was the Ergo Performance because it has the mesh but I know organic cotton breathes well so didn't know if that might be better...? I don't know of anywhere I check out the different versions in person, stores around me all seem to have just the originals in stock, so any insight would be appreciated!

Yes, there is a big difference. Coolest is the Performance, followed by the Sport. The originals get warm but will be cooler than a Moby or ktan.

We have the Performance and it is significantly cooler than the cotton.

I have the Ergo performance.  I love it, but I wouldn't necessarily call it cool.  I still get hot with LO in it.

We have the Sport and its much cooler than the original and the organic original. Its also much lighter in weight. I was surprised how heavy the originals were and I returned it.

If you want something cooler than an ergo performance, get a Kinderpack with koolnit or comfort mesh, Kanga Sport, or even a NuzzleMe Stay Cool Carrier.
