Nipple Question

So... I've noticed it looks like I have bruises all around my nipples. Is this normal?? They don't feel bruised...

That's interesting. I dunno anything about that. However, mine started leaking today. ..lovely. Hope your bruised looks goes away!

It's probably just your boobs getting ready to breastfeed by darkening up. Believe it or not, your nipples/areolas getting darker are supposed to help your LO find them (newborn vision isn't that great). 

I'm really pale, so mine are usually a really light pink, but now they're getting a kind of angry purple color. Yay. Isn't being a mom just so glamorous? 

You totally made me LOL at "angry purple color" its funny because it makes perfect sense!

hahaha yes! that is totally the color. Perfect name.

I have this too. Looks like bruise marks but I think it's normal so I'm not worried about it.
