BP Question

This is probably a dumb question and I am sure most of you will say to go in to LD, but I guess I am just looking for validation before packing the whole family up and heading to the hospital.

I had Pre-E with my first and my BP has been great this pregnancy.  It has started creeping up these last few weeks and my DR said that 140/90 was the magic number.   The last two days my BP has been on average 130/90.  My question is should I go in because the bottom number is over 90 or just wait it out till tomorrow when their office opens.  

For Mobile, 36 weeks 1 day.

Is there an option to call so you aren't driving in today for possibly nothing or waiting till tomorrow?

Usually hypertension is defined as either the bottom OR the top number being over 140 or 90 and typically a higher diastolic bottom number is more concerning than a higher top number but I'm not sure if that's the same when watching for pre e. I hope it goes down and you don't have to act at all today!

I found their on call number and gave them a call.  We will see what he says.  I hate feeling like I am being paranoid, but you never know!

We are home, everything is fine. The baby is perfect and the doc said we willjust keep an eye on it. The biggest concern was growth restriction, but she measured in at 7lbs 12oz.

We sound like the same person.  i hope your BP goes down and baby doesn't grow too much bigger for you.  They estimated my girl to being 7lbs 11oz on Tuesday, so I understand!
