Since this has yet to happen to me, I find it hard to believe when people post about leaking fluid and others suggest maybe you peed yourself that I would not know whether it was discharge (or perhaps fluid) or pee. Do you lose all feeling of the different muscles down there near the end? Oh god now I am all stressed about peeing myself and being the last to know....
Re: Is it really possible to pee yourself and not know it?
Unless you are drunk, I think it should be easy to tell the difference. You feel pee coming out... and I would think our water just comes out voluntarily. I don't know, I would just think you'd be able to tell a difference feeling-wise.
(Insert foreshadowing montage to me standing in my bedroom wondering if I just pissed on myself).
I agree with Chancie. It's not like I'm wetting my pants like a 2 year old, it's not a flood. But every now and then like when I'm getting up from the sofa, laughing too hard, picking something up that's too heavy, whatever, I think some just comes out.
BTW, if I went to the bathroom every time I felt like I had to pee in the last 3 weeks, I'd never leave.
I am so glad that someone else has an evil bladder attacking baby like mine! The other day at work I seriously had no idea that she made pee leak out by doing that, so yes it is possible to pee yourself and not really know.
