Smelly armpits?

Recently i noticed that my 19month old girl has a strong underarm smell.Its like sweaty running all day smell.i am really worried about this her 4 yr old brother has no smell but she surely does.Her dr visit is on the 4th so i will be letting the dr know.Anyone else experience this?

My 14 month old nephew had a body odor problem and was diagnosed with an actual medical condition, although I can be of no help with the technical name of it. Maybe Google can help point you in the right direction. I think I remember my SIL saying it affects about 1 in 50 children or something like that, and that it can also vary in severity.  Maybe call your pediatrician and talk about it or just mention it next time you are in.

My neice is 5 now but has had the same issue for a while now.  My sister kept telling me the my neice stinks like a man! Ped told her to use deoderant with out antipersperant in it. I think I would've investigated it further, but not my kiddo so not my call.

Make sure you dry really good there after a bath or the pool. It can be one of those spots we don't get well and then they get stinky.
