another nap question

My 12.5 month old had her one year shots 9 days ago and is having a delayed reaction fever rash anyway for the last two days she has taken two 3040 min naps. Would this be a sign she's ready to drop to one nap or maybe just the shots are causing her to struggle? Nighttime has been fine sleeps 12 staight. I just don't know what to do. tia!

    I would echo PP and just wait it out a bit.  I know easier said than done.

    I would just let her sleep when she wants.  Are the 2 naps decently spread out?
