1 nap

Hi all! I need some advice. If your LO is down to one nap, how long do they go down after they wake up and how long will they sleep for? Thanks!!

DD is still a 2 nap/day girl. But my friend's toddler takes 1 2hr nap. I believe my nephew also takes 1 2hr nap but he goes to bed at 7pm.

My guy sleeps for 1 hour 45 minutes-2 hours

K went down to 1 nap per day around 13 months and the first weeks were rough, but eventually she has learned to sleep up to 2hrs. Sometimes 2 and a half. She goes down between 12:30-1pm and sleeps till 2:30-3pm. She is up around 7am and goes down to sleep at night at 7pm.

DD has been on one nap since 11 months. She wakes at about 730am, down for a nap around 11, and sleeps about 2.5 hours. Then she's up until bedtime at 7pm.

Usually 5 hours after he wakes up.  He'll sleep for about 2 hours.  Sometimes he'll take a quick cat nap in the late afternoon.  I just read his cues, we're not on a strict schedule.

DD is typically up around 7 and I put her down for her nap between 12 and 12:30. She sleeps consistently for three hours, sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less. Bedtime is 7:45/8.

DS is up around 9am and takes a nap after lunch. he sleeps anywhere between 23 hours.
