NBR: Engagement gift for best friend?

My very best friend in the world just got engaged. Her party is coming up in July and I wanted to get them something special as an engagement gift (they do not have a registry yet).  I was thinking something personalized for their home, etc. Any ideas?

They are both firefighter paramedics. They are moving in together this summer so thats why I was thinking something for their house, maybe something that is "theirs" as opposed to his or hers.

 Theyre also very outdoorsy and love to travel.

Can you get your hands on any of their travel pictures?  (if they share via snapfish for instance I believe you can download a hi-res image that way for pretty cheap).  You could do a canvas of one of their pictures/trips.

They actually just posted pictures of them getting engaged in the Dominican Republic so I could probably pull those. they are on FB though so it might be hard to get high quality. Thanks for the idea!

Saw this on Pinterest and love it! You upload a picture and pick song lyrics. They print the image using the words of the song. If they have a special song they like it could be neat using one of their engagement photos.
