How is your wrist doing? How did it affect your ability to care for G? How did you pick him up?
I hurt my wrist this morning too and I am dreading trying to pick up E when u get home. What did you do for yours? Any tips for me?

Hey!! Oh no, so sorry you hurt your wrist Mine wasn't broken, just sprained, but it hurt. It was tough handling G. It hurt every time I held him, changed him, etc. I would pick him up with one arm. I took Ibuprofen, iced it as much as I could and wrapped it with an ace bandage that the urgent care gave me. It helped stabilize it. It still hurts, but it's much better. I hope yours feels better soon!

I'm glad it's feeling better.  I don't know what I did to mine, but I felt a snap and that cannot possibly be good.  I have an appt. today so we will see what they say.  I'm still BFing though, so I don't know how much they will be able to do to help me.

Ouch. The ace bandage really helped me, so hopefully they can wrap it up for you. I was still breastfeeding when I hurt mine and they gave me Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory. I didn't use it though. I preferred to stay off all medications while BFing. Good luck
