f/u invterviewing for a job I don't want

after thinking about it and reading the responses, I think it would be a good decision to take the position if offered, and I'm also thinking the job may not be so bad after all.

I received a call today for a demo lesson next week.  I never sent a thank you because I had been considering what to say.  Is it worth it to send one now or just wait until after the lesson?

Also, I wore a suit to the interview, I have another suit, but do you think wearing a suit is necessary when actually teaching or should I just wear black pants or a skirt and a nice top?

I think it's never to late to send a thank you.   I also think professionally written formal emails are fine as follow up thank you to interviews.

    No advice on the suit.

  • Send a thank you and express you are looking forward to meeting again.  I'd wear a nice blouse/slacks or a skirt since teaching isn't really a suit required environment - make it "fancy" though. :)

    Ditto the thank you.

My advice regarding clothing: Always dress one step above your audience.
