I need to find a good book I can take on my beach trip... I already have one book, but I'm a pretty fast reader and will more than likely finish it in two days. I'm not a picky reader, I just can't seem to find anything that seems to catch my eye when I'm looking at books.
Any suggestions?
Re: Good book to read?
Hmm... have you read The Bronze Horseman? It's the first book in a trilogy. Fabulous.
I have a lot of books that I love, but I don't know what you've read and what you like to read. I have my Goodreads linked in my siggy if you want to see what I would recommend.

I haven't read that or heard of it. Off to google it - I love me a good trilogy! I'll check out your goodreads also. I'm not a picky reader at all! I will seriously read just about anything, unless it has a slow beginning and I cannot get myself into the book.
If it starts out too slowly and takes forever to get into it, I cannot read it. I guess it's a mental thing, I'm not sure. Haha. I've never read anything by Jillian Flynn, I'll look into her books as well!
This book was is set in my tiny home town The author grew up there
I just finished Wild by Cheryl Strayed. It is about her solo trek on the Pacific Crest Trail for three months. It was really good! My aunt did the PCT alone and I just can't imagine being that strong, it is a great story!
Im readingt hsi now - it is great!
I also just read "the 5th Wave" - first in a trilogy. Young adult, post apocalyptic, aliens! Kind of a mix of Hunger Games, The Passage (another FABULOUS book) and Twilight - but is really good! I read it in 2 days this past weekend. I was super pissed when it ended because my Kindle said I was only 93% done (there was a book exerpt from something else at the end taking up Kindle room - damnit)
