Cloth feminine pads.  I never, ever thought I'd be remotely interested, but seeing as how I felt similarly about CD, I'm starting to look into going down this road as well. 

What are the basics I need to know?  (I literally JUST started researching...) 

What was your reason for using it?

What brand do you use?

Can I wash them with my CDs?

What else should I be aware of?

I do not know much about cloth feminine pads...but if you are just in the research stage you might want to check out a "keeper". Keeper.com. I have never used one but I have heard good reviews.

I haven't considered cloth pads, but I've given some thought to trying a Diva Cup. That might be another route you could look into.

I am looking into that as well... I'm a little queasy about the idea for some reason, but it's on my 'maybe' list.  My friend swears by it.

I decided on the Lunette cup and I would MUCH rather deal with that then a cloth pad.  That's just MHO though.

Plus I wasn't quite sure how I would continue to was the pads once I was done CDing since it would have been such a small load.
