Estrogen levels during stims

I'm nervous that my estrogen levels are rising to quickly during stims. Here are my levels so far...

Day 4 stims E2 = 300; Follistim dropped from 200 to 150

Day 5 stims E2 = 638; Follistim stayed at 150; I had 5-7 follies nearing 10mm

Day 6 stims (today) E2 = 1234; Follistim will drop to 100 tonight

1234... yikes! Is this bad? Am I at greater risk of OHSS now? It didn't really sink in while I was on the phone with my nurse that this might be a problem. I have another blood draw and u/s tomorrow morning and will be asking questions then, but I was also wondering if any of you ladies had any experience with this. TIA!

TTC #1 since March 2011
Dx = Unexplained IF
1 medicated TI cycle & 4 clomid IUIs = all BFNs
June 2013 IVF #1 = 6 frosties + BFP!
DS1 born 2/14

TTC #2 since December 2014
May 2015 unassisted BFP ended in m/c at 7wks
April 2016 FET #1 = BFN
June 2016 FET #2 = c/p
August 2016 FET #3 = BFP!
DS2 born 4/17

    I don't know about OHSS, but my levels were:

    Day 4: 327

    Day 6: 700

    Day 8: 1600

    Day 9: 1700 (I triggered this day). 

    Today was my ER and we got 10 eggs today! No OHSS. I think you're probably fine for now, but I'm sure they're going to watch your levels and see what happens.

    Me: 32, DH: 34  / TTC since February 2011 / SA: all normal, HSG: all clear! / on Lovenox for anticardiolipid antibodies
    4 IUIs with Clomid, Letrozole, and Menopur. All BFN.
    9/12: lap / hysteroscopy: found and removed mild endometriosis, cervical polyp, and 2 para-tubular cysts
    5/13 IVF #1: Follistim, Menopur, Ganirelix, 10R/4M/4F, ET of 2, 5 cell and 4 cell, no frosties = BFN
    12/13 IVF #2 = November / December 2013. Microdose Lupron Protocol: 15R/6M/6F, Froze all 6 due to high E2 and P4
    FET 1: Jan 22, 2014 of one 4AB blast and one 3BB blast (3 blasts on ice!)
    BFP on HPT 4dp5dt, Beta #1 9dp5dt: 310, Beta #2 11dp5dt: 899
    First u/s on 2/17/14: TWINS!!!!! both w/HBs of 114 at 6w3d, HBs 150 and 152 at 7w5d
    5/27/2014: Team purple!!!!  EDD 10/10/2014 / 
    Delivered by c-section at 32w0d 8/15/2014 due to preeclampsia/HELLP syndrome
    Baby Boy 4lbs 1oz, 17 inches
    Baby Girl 3lbs 5oz, 16 inches

    They will watch you closely, all cycles and people are so different.SOunds. like they will make sure you level out so all grow

    I'm very high risk for OHSS my levels were

     Day 5: 1141

    Day 6: 1255

    Day 8: 2923

    Day 10: 7586

    Day 11: 7700 (today)

    PCO & MTHFR Homozygous/Severe MFI (undescended teste & double hernia as baby)

    12/12: 50mg clomid= bfn
    1/13: 100mg clomid= bfn
    2/13: 100mg clomid= bfn 
    6/13: IVF/ICSI (x1 4AA)=BFFN ~49R, 44M, 33F, 14 frosties  OHSS
    8/13: FET #1 (x1 4AA)=First EVER BFP 4dp5dt!! d&c @ 6.5 wks, blighted ovum
    10/13: FET #2 (x2 4AA)= BFP 4dp5dt! Twins!!, perfect u/s then spontaneous m/c @ 5 wks
    11/13= RPL/Karotyping= MTHFR Homozygous c667t
    1/14= FET #3 our 2 year anniversary & hopefully our miracle

    Everyone is different. My levels began at 292 and they are supposed to double every time you go in for monitoring. My first IVF, my levels only got up to 1800. My second IVF, my levels went all the way up to 6800. Both times I did not get OHSS! Just start drinking electrolyte fluids. Whenever you do IVF, you're at risk for OHSS, so just do what you can to prevent it by helping your body expel fluids now. Whey protein shakes are good for assisting with this, too. Good luck! 
    | Married since 2008 | DH and I: Both 30 | Me: Endometriosis and Carrier of an X-Linked Dominant Genetic Disorder | DH: Low Morph | Planning IVF with PGD and PGS in 2013 | Freeze-All IVF #1: March 2013 ER 3/26. 29R, 12M, 11F. 4 5AA frozen blasts. Freeze-All IVF#2: May 2013 ER 5/15. 31R, 21M, 20F. 6 5AA frozen blasts. Our PGD probe was completed in late June (total of 20 weeks to develop). PGD and PGS Results came on 6/19: 3 healthy embryos (normal chromosomes and unaffected by my family's genetic disorder). FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014
