Fenugreek Question!

Does anyone take Fenugreek to increase milk production?  I know you should take 2-3 cap 3x daily but for how long?  Just until the milk production increases? Or do you have to keep taking it until your done breastfeeding?

I read that once your supply is established, you can stop taking it because the supply/demand thing takes over and you will continue producing the same amount. However, I haven't stopped taking it so I'm not sure if that's true.
