1. When I read this, in my mind I went: who signs up for a sexually transmitted disease?
2. My STD kicks in September 1. My guy told me as long as I haven't been to a doctor before September 1st, I'll be covered. Not that I'm encouraging gambling or anything, just saying that's what I was told. We're hoping to TTC in July.
I would advise checking your policy. Most say you have to be insured for a year before they'll pay out. TTC in June could result in a March baby and you'd be 6 months short of coverage.

I know I love saying STD cause it makes me giggle to throw people off! Lol. My lady said my contract starts June 1 and will pay out as long as I deliver April 1 or later. So if I get pregnant at the end of July I should be good if there are no complications. And I really won't have to worry about the timeline if I don't get pregnant the first time we try like I did with my son.

GL lhegna! Looks like we are on the same timeline. I have AFLAC and their wait time is 10 months for pregnancy. Maybe othe companies are longer?
saying STD makes me laugh too! :-)
Just make sure you have it in writing. Good luck!
