Hate working right now vent

My job was laid back and I set my own schedule until now. I have been back towork for 2 weeks and already had to go out of town for a training which only happens like every 5 years. Then next week I have training 3 evenings in a row and dh has class those nights so now lo has daycare all day and family watching her at night but my boss doesnt understand how hard it is to find someone to watch lo at 2 months that long and why i am upset since before the baby it was a long day if i worked until 4:30. I also am bfing so that makes it hard to pump enough times. I have a stash but it is not the same. Sorry for the vent just needed to get it out.

Why the changes?

Our program requirements have changed so we have alot of training to do. It should go back to normal in a couple months. It is just hard with a new lo and just returning to work.
