Questions about Day 3 FSH/LH bloodwork??

Hi all:
I lurk way more than post on this board, but have a few questions about day 3 bloodwork testing. I have a 14-month-old that was conceived easily, but the husband and I have been trying for a few months now, to no avail. Given my age (41), my oby/gyn suggested we start with bloodwork and an ultrasound to see what's up in Uterusville. My ultrasound was today, and showed that my left ovary was gearing up for ovulation (which I knew, thanks to the trusty Wondfo OPKs), and that my fibroid was still small (also good), but the tech said that if I have scar tissue from my c-section, the ultrasound would not pick that up (I'd need a laprascopy??).
I did bloodwork last week and got those results today as well. My oby/gyn declared the results "perfect," but I am confused about the FSH/LH numbers. I thought that the ratio for FSH/LH on day 3 was supposed to be 1:1, but the oby insisted that the ratio I have is actually what they like to see??? Anyhow, I know nothing about any of this stuff and googling isn't helping me, so I thought I would ask the knowledgeable ladies of TTC over 35 to decipher. My doctor wants me to try for another 2 months on my own, and if nothing is up, more tests (not sure what the next tests would be--can anyone advise?). Thanks so much for any insight that you can give!

sorry your labs do look good to me, but I am no expert... the ladies over on Secondary Infertility board are very good at helping with this stuff... if you don't get answers on this board I would pop over and ask them...

My Ovulation Chart
Me: 41 DH: 46. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11,
3 cycles clomid with Ob,
1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.
May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN
May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't.
February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing.

Miscarriage 4/23/15
I am no expert either....I just got my baseline bloodwork done yesterday and my LH and FSH were similiar in that they were a bit apart. My nurse told me that I was in the normal ranges, so I just wanted to let you know that for confirmation.
Mine was: LH: 7.3 and FSH: 11.8
