another interview ?

I had posted last week about being called for a job interview in another state, and had mentioned that they would want to do a second interview if the first went well. I had asked if we could do the initial interview over skype or possibly accommodate both interviews while I am there since travel will be expensive. They emailed me back and said they would plan to have me meet everyone on the same day. I can't help but feel like that means I have a really good shot at this job that they are willing to combine the first and second interviews before even meeting me. I am trying not to get my hopes up too much but it means living near family again for the first time since DD1 was born.
What are your thoughts? Is this a courtesy they would offer if they weren't extremely interested?
