I would like to get a jumpstart on losing some weight. I am 25 pounds heavier now that I have two little kids than when I started and I would like to change that!
I have several friends and acquaintances to either use Advocare or sell it. But I wanted to see if anybody who isn't a distributor has actually tried it and hear about the real life pros and cons.
TIA!
Re: Anyone here do the Advocare challenge?
I am on day 22 out of 24 of Advocare. I waited until I was done nursing to start. I am 5 feet, 3 inches and was 133 pounds before the diet. I am now 123 pounds. I lost 10 pounds. I haven't been this thin since 2006.
I didn't do any of the exercise, since I really have no time (I work full time and have 2 kids). I feel great. It isn't that restrictive. We go out every weekend (all weekend), and I have just figured out things to eat when we go out.
I highly recommend it.
I didn't buy it through a distributor. I just did some research online and figured out what was ok to eat and what wasn't. I bought it through Amazon.
I used the challenge and had great results. My husband is a doctor and it is one of the very few things he has signed off on me to use for weight loss. I am a distributor as well.
This is a link to my page where you can read more about it.
