Gerber good start to similac sensitive?

Anyone else switch? Ds hadn't pooped for 48 hours and he wasn't taking the bottle, as if he thought it tasted bad. Someone recommended similac sensitive so I just made the first bottle and its half foam and bubbles... Is that normal? I thought the point was to get rid of gas and constipation... Doesn't foam and bubbles create gas? At least he didn't mind the taste I guess...

    Similac in my opinion is very foamy when shaken.  Try using a fork or spoon to stir it instead of shake it.  Enfamil gentlease doesn't foam as much IMO.
