Pail and liner

I know it's been asked but I usually just skip over the suggestions because for the past 2 years I've been happy with my hanging pail. Lately though I'm getting lots of smellys in the Kay dry room and dh has had enough. I'm thinking about getting a pail liner and garbage pail.
Any suggestions would be great.

We got our pail from the diaper service we used  the first couple of months but I know you can use pretty much any pail (standard tall kitchen pail) from Target or wherever that has a loose fitting lid (to let air circulate more).

I have been using the Kissas Antibacterial Pail Liner.  We've been using it since January and no issues yet so we are happy with it.
