I need some advice from those more experienced than me. This is my first month doing 100mg clomid, days 1-5 with TI. I had my first monitoring appointment Thursday, on CD12, and only had very immature follicles (he didn't give me measurements). My doctor told me to reschedule an ultrasound for Tuesday and that I could cancel it if I got a + OPK this weekend. If not, he said we'd hope for more mature follicles on CD17 and he'd give me a trigger in the office if that was the case. For reference, I usually don't ovulate until CD19 or 20. Well of course, I got a + OPK this afternoon on CD16. It was iffy on the Wondfo, but I confirmed with a digital a few hours later.
My appointment is first thing tomorrow morning, and I'm tempted to keep it anyways, but I don't want to waste my time (or my doctors) if it's pointless. It just feels so last minute to cancel - my appointment is at the same time the office opens. Thoughts?
