We are trying to switch from alimentum. So far I'm mixing just 1oz in with the other but she's drinking less. Doesn't seem to be showing any other side effects though.
If your on Alimentum for a protein intolerance stop what you are doing. The new similac is not for babies with MSPI or MPI. It's just Similac's knock off of Gerber Soothe (but with different fillers).

We are unsure if she has an intolerance or not. Same symptoms DS had and he did well on alimentum but was ale to switch to wcm without issues. We tried switching her to soy and sensitive but she got contatipated so we went back to alimentum. Now the pedi wants to try this since she's a bit older.

I was just letting you know. I know a lot of people have been eye balling it since it is cheaper than Alimentum, but it's nowhere near the same. It only hydrolyzes the whey and not the casein. Which means there is still milk proteins present.
