PPD med question

My OBGYN switched me from Zoloft to Viibryd and she gave me a sample pack so, like days 1 through 7 were 10mg. Days 7 through 14 were 20mg and the last two weeks were 40. I felt like I was good on the 10mg dose but I went to 20mg anyway but my lawd I am raging just like I am on nothing. Could a too high dose have an opposite effect?

    I've never heard of Vibrid. Is it an SSRI?
    If so yes/ too much can make you aggro but ask your doc

    Yes this could be. My question now is, should I go ahead and try the 40mg or go back to a 10?
