My U/S place is totally incompetent!

They seriously are horrible.  I have gone to the same place for both my PG and they have always been super unprofessional and really lazy, but this takes the cake! 

Please note: I have had 6 U/S and I have gone for NST testing twice a week that also include an U/S for the last month...so close to 20 U/S at their office.

At my last NST appointment I was having contractions and told my OB that I was surprised that they didn't do anything about it.  She was pissed that they never reported it to her.  So I was having contractions again today and I told the lady who was monitoring me. 

me: "I hae been having some pretty consistant contractions"

tech: "It doesn't really matter because they are so small"

me: "well, I am not supposed to be having any"

tech: "you're fine, at 37 weeks you should be having them"

me: "Um, I am 32 weeks"

tech: "oh, we have your due date wrong"

Seriously??  How have you NOT noticed this in the last 8 months! Stupid..stupid people!

That sucks, I'm sorry to hear this! I would ask your doctor to send you somewhere else for the remainder of your pregnancy. That's just awful.

That's horrible! Can you go anywhere else for U/S?

Yikes!!  I would definitely tell your OB and ask to go somewhere else.

My OB hates them too!  They are the only ones that are contracted with my HMO.  I am going to call my HMO tomorrow and complain!
