Hi Ladies, I had my first ultrasound two weeks ago when I was suppose to be 67 weeks and there was no yolk sac, went back for my second today and still no yolk sac. I have to wait for my doctor to call me but am debating my options. I am assuming the pregnancy stopped at least a couple of weeks ago, potentially even four weeks ago so shouldn't I have miscarried already if it was going to happen naturally. I can't decide if the pills or a dc is better. Do you need to wait three months with the pills too?

Thank you ladies! Hopefully I will be able to see my doctor next week to discuss, in the interim hopefully the m/c will start.
