Because she fell on really hard times and her Dh lost his job with twins on the way. Posters donated money and then quickly realized her Dh had a long history of crimes including child porn.

Same here, I was glued to this yesterday.  I am glad I got two loads of laundry going just now before I logged on this afternoon!

I remember when this was brought up a while ago on BOTB. I'm kind of glad she got called out on it, that is not someone I want being a mod (regardless of how little I post these days lol)
