Yup, you read that correctly.  It has been a year and a half since the interstate action commenced and there is still  no progress.  Not one significant payment made, just piddly random payments of $49 or $78 here and there.  Nothing consistent.  And of course, when I try and get information no one has the answer as to why on Earth they dropped the contempt charge.  DC is over $20k in arrears, and he's facing zero consequences.  Awesome.

Thanks so much DCSS, you frigging suck.

We had some issues with changing states that held jurisdiction and it was almost 2 years, I feel your pain. I'm sorry. I still don't know why they can't talk to you about what is going on. THAT is super insane.

DH has this issue with older 3 SK's. Bm is supposed to pay a whole $17.00 a month. yes.. 17 dollars and she doesn't even pay that!
