I didn't like it when I first heard it a few years ago. (it was on my friend's top list, it was her grandfather's name) Now I love it. I think it's nice as a FN or MN.

It does seem a little incomplete. Like it should be Casey. Maybe if I knew someone with this name and was more familiar with it I wouldn't feel the same way.
