Spit up or throw up? WWYD?

Little one is FF and 2 and 1/2 months old.  She has been spitting up more often lately and we haven't changed anything.  Just now at her second morning feeding she was upset.  I burped her and a huge burp came out followed by 3 big waterfalls of spit up.  She had only taken an oz by this point, so I'm thinking that it was also from earlier.  It went all over the coach, spit cloth, my robe, on the inside and outside of her onesie.  She seems happier now.

When should I try feeding again and when do you consider it throw up and be concerned?  It was no more than she usually takes.

DS does this once in a while. We usually let him sit or even sleep afterwards and feed at the next normal feeding time, unless he gets fussy and wants to eat earlier. For us, once he's done this, he's fine and doesn't do it again for a few days.

This happens every once in a while. If it happens consistently for a day, then switch go sensitive/gentle formula for 2 or 3 days. Then go back to normal formula. I learned this with DD1 after some trial and error and switching pediatricans.
