I brought up the name Corbin to DH the other night and to my complete surprise he did not immediately shoot it down. Normally we avoid names with a C/K beginning sound because them seem to sound harsh with our last name (Kelly).
So what do you ladies think, is Corbin Kelly too much C/K sound?
Also how does the name Corbin sound with my other LOs names (Grant Aaron and Garrett Ryan)? Do Grant, Garrett and Corbin sound like they 'go' together?

Yup, definitely doesn't bother me!
I really like it! Do you have a middle name? I thought all 3 names were going to start with the same letter. (All 3 of my names do, actually...)

I really like it.
As a general rule, I do not mind alliteration.

No middle name yet. DH was really set on names starting with the same letter for a while, but he has come around. We didn't intend our LOs names to start with the same letter, it just ended up that way. I had loved Garrett for a long time and Grant was more a compromise name (that we now love). DH really wanted to name this LO Greta if LO was a girl. LO is a boy so I can stop having the "I really think Grant, Garrett, and Greta is mouthful and too much" argument.
I actually like alliteration. I grew up with a JJ first/last name and got compliments a lot on the "flow" and the way it sounded. My kids both have the C and K sound in their first name and our last name starts with Q but has the "K" sound. I think they sound great!
Corbin Kelly sounds fine! One of my best friends growing up was Caitlin Kelly and I loved her name.
