I usually run 3.5+ miles per day.
After the races this weekend, my ankle swelled up like a balloon. I didn't hurt it, so I wasn't sure what was up. My Achilles had been acting up the weeks before the race and I am not positive that it what the swelling is from.
I took 3 days off after the race to recover and let it heal. By day 3 the swelling had went down. I did 2 slow runs the next 2 days, but now it hurts and is swollen all the time again.
So.... I guess I need to rest it which bums me.
