Peg Perego Navetta Pram?

I was just given a used 2005 model year Navetta pram that would love to use with a stroller frame, but I don't want to pay $270 for the name brand one if I don't have to. Does anyone know if the pram will fit a universal snap and go?

    More detail please? Did you get the bassinet attachment only, or the bassinet and the chassis? Peg is only compatible with Peg, especially the 2005 or older. If you have a 2005 chassis and you want to use an infant seat instead of the bassinet, they slightly updated the chassis in 2003 and haven't since, it should accept the Primo Vaggio car seat. You can only use this car seat with the pram chassis though, there are no adaptors.
