LO has hers tomorrow. For those that already had them, was the reaction similar to 2-month shots or worse? I HATE these appointments. I cry almost as hard as she does.
Mine were better. He didn't sleep hardly any extra, and cried less.

DD had hers yesterday and has been crabby ever since; also she usually STTN for 12-13 hrs and the day of the shots woke up screaming every hour between 1 an 5am; last night she woke up only once, around 3.15am, but cried non-stop for about 45 min
ETA: she didn't have any reaction with her 2m shots
DS just had his yesterday and I was shocked at his response. Nothing. Had two of them, and literally didn't bat an eye. Not one single tear. My experience with my little girl was that each appt got worse and she cried more. But not this guy, which I was so grateful for!
And I hear you---I always cry!
I am convinced that coffee is God's gift to mothers.
When DS got his he didn't cry nearly as much at the doctor but was way fussier later in the day. Even the next morning he was ok as log as I was holding him, he wouldn't let me put him down. A little over 24 hours later he was back to his old, cheerful self.

DD2 didn't cry! I couldn't believe it. She was a bit fussy for about 3 days. Just extra cuddles, she didn't sleep as much as she did from her first shots.
