Soft Stool - normal?

Since Friday (the day he also had his 4m shots), DS has been having loose, liquidy stools. I wouldnt consider it diarrhea, and he isnt fussy or acting ill, but he does have a cold (nose congestion, small cough). But I am worried that his poop is so loose. I am going to call the ped tomorrow, but anyone have this happen? Any clue? We are FF and use Gentlease, could it be that?

DS had his shots yesterday, and his stools have been pretty much liquid since (he's EBF, so they're normally pretty loose, but not this loose!).

I first thought it was the shots, but it's been almost a week now. Would a side effect last that long?

DD is FF and her poop has been more liquidy than normal. Im wondering if its because shes getting teeth though. If its still like this tomorrow im going to call doctor.
