and y'know, not KTFU, I'd so be getting drunk as soon as DH gets home.  I went to get Lily up from her nap.  She was happy as can be, but there was a definite stink in the room.  Then I notice the wet spot on her sheet.  And the dark marks all over her sleepsack.  The kid had undone her diaper (MIL put her in a velcro one with no clothes because she'd soaked herself with water, and I didn't think about the velcro aspect), my guess is right at the beginning of her nap.  One end of the bed had a definite pee spot, the other a poop spot.  Quick bath and load of laundry put in, but I still keep smelling it and can't figure out if A) I missed a spot on Lily during the bath, I got some of it somewhere on me that I can't see or C) I'm just crazy and it's the phantom poop smell.

This kid better be good as gold till bedtime, and no more poops.

We had a code brown last weekend.  Violet undressed during her nap and went digging.  It was all over her face, hands, crib, stuffed animals....I nearly yacked.  When I went in to get her she was jumping up and down saying "poo poo poo"

I hope you find your phantom poo.

Yup, Penny definitely trumped me there.

I dunno if it's pregnancy nose, but it certainly seems to be phantom.  When DH got home he needed a shower so he took Lily in with him and gave her a full scrub down.  I could still smell it on her.  At least I'm not smelling it on myself this time (that's happened before, too).
