those with 5 or more LO's: What do you drive?

Although I'm very happy with my 8 yr old Toyota Sienna, it's getting some serious miles on it and DH is suggesting we get another vehicle later this year.

We are serious about our family continuing to grow by whatever blessing comes our way (pregnancy, foster, adoption, etc) by this time next year; However, the Sienna is pretty much at maximum capacity for us when we all go somewhere.

I have a friend with 5 (quads + 1) and they still drive their odyssey. i think they have the 8 passenger.

We have 4 but I drive a Ford Expadation EL with 2 rows so it seats 8 and comfy. I had my 4 3 RF 1 FF plus my sisters 2 kids just seat belt and myself and her and still a ton of room in there and did not affect the cargo space at all. It sucks on gas but the space is worth it. We do plan to downgrade when the kids are older but for now it is only car I would use.

We have a Kia Sedona - I like it fine, it does well on gas and is roomy even with the 5 carseats.

We have a 2008 Chrysler T&C Touring, which we can fit one more kid in. Once we put a stroller in the trunk you can't fit any luggage or anything else in.

A friend has a GMC Savana 12 seater for their 6 kids, which they love. That's probably how we'll go with our next vehicle.
